This guide describes how to start-up the drive using the First start assistant on the

Hand-Off-Auto control panel.

For complete information on start-up, see ACQ580 firmware manual (3AXD50000035867

[English]).

Safety

Make sure that the installation work is complete. Make sure that cover of the drive and the cable box, if

included, are on place.

Check that the starting of the motor does not cause any danger. De-couple the driven machine

if there is a risk of damage in case of an incorrect direction of rotation.

Start-up with the First start assistant on a Hand-Off-Auto

control panel

Safety

Make sure that the installation work is complete. Make sure that cover of the drive and the

cable box/conduit box, if included, are on place.

Check that the starting of the motor does not cause any danger. De-couple the

driven machine if there is a risk of damage in case of an incorrect direction of

rotation.

Hints on using the assistant control panel

The two commands at the bottom of the display

(Options and Menu in the figure on the right),

show the functions of the two softkeys and

located below the display. The commands

assigned to the softkeys vary depending on the

context.

Use keys , , and to move the cursor

and/or change values depending on the active

view.

Key shows a context-sensitive help page.

1 – First start assistant guided settings:

Language, date and time, and motor nominal values

Have the motor or pump name plate data at hand.

Power up the drive.

The First start assistant guides you through the

first start-up.

The assistant begins automatically. Wait until the

control panel enters the view shown on the right.

Select the language you want to use by

highlighting it (if not already highlighted) and

pressing (OK).

Note: After you have selected the language, it

takes a few minutes to download the language

from the drive to the control panel.

Selecting the supply voltage (ACQ580-31 and ACQ580-34

drives only)

Power up the drive.

Select the language you want to use by highlighting it (if not

already highlighted) and pressing (OK).

Note:

After you have selected the language, it takes a few minutes

to download the language file to the control panel.

In the First start assistant menu, select Exit and press

(Next).

In the Home view, press (Menu) to enter the Main menu.

In the Main menu, go to Parameters > Complete list > 95

HW Configuration by selecting the correct row and pressing

(Select) repeatedly.

Select parameter 95.01 Supply voltage and press (Edit).

Select supply voltage 380…415 V or 440…480 V, using

and keys. Press (Save).

To cancel the selection, press (Cancel).

Parameter 95.01 displays the supply voltage selected

manually.

Go back to the Main menu by pressing (Back) re-

peatedly.

In the Main menu, select First start assistant and press

(Select) to enter the First start assistant menu.

Continue with the following steps for commissioning the

ACQ580.

Start-up with the First start assistant

Have the motor name plate data at hand.

Power up the drive.

Select the language you want to use by highlighting it (if not

already highlighted) and pressing (OK).

Note:

Select Start set-up and press (Next).

Set the date and time as well as date and time display

formats.

Go to the edit view of a selected row by pressing .

Scroll the view with and .

Go to the next view by pressing (Next).

To change a value in an edit view:

Use and to move the cursor left and right.

Use and to change the value.

Press (Save) to accept the new setting, or press

(Cancel) to go back to the previous view without making

changes.

Change the units shown on the panel if needed.

Go to the edit view of a selected row by pressing .

Scroll the view with and .

Go to the next view by pressing (Next).

To give the drive a name that will be shown at the top, press

If you do not want to change the default name (ACQ580),

continue by pressing (Next).

Hint:Name the drive, for example, Pump 1.

Refer to the motor nameplate for the following nominal value settings of the motor. Enter the values exactly

as shown on the motor nameplate.

Example of a nameplate of an induction (asynchronous) motor:

Check that the motor data is correct. Values are predefined

on the basis of the drive power but you should verify that

they correspond to the motor.

Start with the motor type. Go to the edit view of a selected

row by pressing .

Scroll the view with and .

Motor nominal cos Φ and nominal torque are optional.

Press (Next) to continue.

Adjust the limits according to your needs.

Go to the edit view of a selected row by pressing .

Scroll the view with and .

Go to the next view by pressing (Next)

If you want to make a backup of the settings made so far,

select Backup and press (Next).

If you do not want to make a backup, select Not now and

press (Next).

Note:

The control panel has space for one automatic backup. Drive

creates an automatic backup two hours after the last para-

meter change.The panel checks for additional parameter

changes at intervals of 24 hours. The new backup will over-

write the previous backup only when the last change has

passed two hours.

The first start is now complete and the drive is ready for use.

Press (Done) to enter the Home view.

The Home view shows the monitored values of selected

signals.

For changing the signals and their display style shown in

the Home view, see ACS-AP-x assistant control panels

Additional settings in the Primary settings menu

Make any additional adjustments, for example macro, ramps

and limits, starting from the Main menu – press (Menu)

to enter the Main menu.

Select Primary settings and press (Select) (or ).

In the Primary settings menu, select Start, stop, reference

and press (Select) (or ).

items, press to open the help page.

Hand/Off/Auto operation

The drive can be used in following modes: Auto, Off, Hand

Auto mode – Drive is controlled remotely from the I/O or

the fieldbus.

Off mode – Drive is controlled locally from the control

panel. This mode indicates that drive is stopped.

Hand mode – Drive is controlled locally from the control

panel. This mode indicates that drive is running. With this

mode, the initial reference is copied from the drive reference.

Spuštění s Asistentem prvního startu na ovládacím panelu

Bezpečnost

Ujistěte se, že montážní práce byly ukončeny. Zkontrolujte, jestli kryt měniče a skříň s

kabely / skříň přivaděče (jestliže jsou součástí) jsou na místě.

Zkontrolujte, jestli spuštění motoru nezpůsobí nějakou škodu. Odpojte hnaný stroj,

jestliže existuje nebezpečí v případě nesprávného směru otáčení.

Rady pro používání ovládacího panelu asistenta

Dva příkazy na dolní straně displeje (Možnosti a

Nabídka na obrázku vpravo) ukazují funkce dvou

tlačítek a umístěných pod displejem.

Příkazy přidělené k tlačítkům se liší podle

souvislostí.

Použijte tlačítka , , a pro pohyb

kurzoru a/nebo změnu hodnot podle aktivního

náhledu.

Tlačítko zobrazí nápovědu v souvislosti s

kontextem.

1 – Nastavení naváděná asistentem prvního startu:

Jazyk, datum a čas, jmenovité hodnoty motoru

Mějte při ruce štítek s údaji o motoru nebo

čerpadle.

Zapněte měnič.

Asistent prvního startu vás provede prvním

spuštěním.

Asistent začíná pracovat automaticky. Počkejte,

až ovládací panel zobrazí náhled na pravé straně.

Zvolte požadovaný jazyk jeho zvýrazněním

(jestliže ještě není zvýrazněn) a stiskněte

(OK).

Upozornění: Po zvolení jazyka trvá několik minut,

než se jazyk načte z měniče do ovládacího

panelu.

Dva příkazy v dolní části displeje (Možnosti a Nabídka v

obrázku vpravo) představují funkce dvou tlačítek a

nacházejících se pod displejem. Příkazy spojené s tlačítky

se liší v závislosti na kontextu.

Používejte tlačítka , , a pro pohyb kurzoru a/nebo

změnu hodnot v závislosti na aktivním náhledu.

Tlačítko zobrazí stránku nápovědy dle kontextu.

Výběr napájecího napětí (pouze pohon ACQ580-31 a

ACQ580-34)

Zapněte měnič.

Zvolte jazyk, který chcete používat, jeho zvýrazněním (pokud

již není zvýrazněn) a stisknutím (OK).

Poznámka:

Po výběru jazyka trvá několik minut, než se soubor přísluš-

ného jazyka stáhne do panelu.

V nabídce Asistenta prvního spuštění zvolte Ukončit a

stiskněte (Další).

V náhledu Domovská stránka stiskněte (Nabídka) pro

vstup do Hlavní nabídky.

V Hlavní nabídce přejděte do Parametry > Úplný seznam

> Konfigurace 95 HW výběrem příslušného řádku a opako-

vaným stisknutím (Zvolit).

Zvolte parametr 95.01 Napájecí napětí a stiskněte

(Editovat).

Zvolte napájecí napětí 380…415 V nebo 440…480 V, tlačítky

a . Stiskněte (Uložit).

Pro zrušení výběru stiskněte (Zrušit).

Parametr 95.01 zobrazuje manuálně zvolené napájecí napě-

tí.

Přejděte zpět do Hlavní nabídky opakovaným stisknutím

(Zpět).

V Hlavní nabídce zvolte Asistent prvního spuštění a

stiskněte (Zvolit) pro vstup do nabídky Asistent prvního

spuštění.

Pokračujte následujícími kroky pro uvedení ACQ580 do

provozu.

Spuštění s Asistentem prvního spuštění

Připravte si údaje ze štítku motoru.

Zapněte měnič.

Zvolte jazyk, který chcete používat, jeho zvýrazněním (pokud

již není zvýrazněn) a stisknutím (OK).

Poznámka:

Po výběru jazyka trvá několik minut, než se soubor přísluš-

ného jazyka stáhne do panelu.

Asistent prvního spuštění vás provede postupem prvního

spuštění.

Asistent se spustí automaticky. Počkejte, dokud se ovládací

panel nepřepne do náhledu zobrazeného vpravo.

Zvolte Spustit nastavení a stiskněte (Další).

Nastavte datum a čas a rovněž formát zobrazení data a ča-

su.

• Přejděte do náhledu editace zvoleného řádku stisknutím

Procházejte náhledem pomocí a .

Přejděte na další náhled stisknutím (Další).

Pro změnu hodnoty v náhledu editace:

Používejte a pro pohyb kurzoru vlevo a vpravo.

•

Používejte a pro změnu hodnoty.

•

Stiskněte (Uložit) pro přijetí nového nastavení nebo

stiskněte (Zrušit) pro návrat do předchozího náhledu

bez provedení změn.

V případě potřeby změňte jednotky zobrazené na panelu.

• Přejděte do náhledu editace zvoleného řádku stisknutím

Procházejte náhledem pomocí a .

Přejděte na další náhled stisknutím (Další).

Pro pojmenování pohonu názvem, který se zobrazí v horní

části, stiskněte .

Pokud nechcete změnit přednastavený název (ACQ580)

pokračujte stisknutím (Další).

Pro informace o editaci textu viz příručka firmwaru ACQ580

(3AXD50000035867 [angličtina]).

Tip:Pohon pojmenujte například Čerpadlo 1.

Viz štítek motoru pro následující nastavení jmenovitých hodnot motoru. Hodnoty zadejte přesně tak, jak jsou

uvedeny na štítku motoru.

Příklad štítku indukčního (asynchronního) motoru:

Zkontrolujte, zda jsou údaje motoru správné. Hodnoty jsou

definované předem na základě výkonu pohonu, měli byste

však ověřit, zda odpovídají příslušnému motoru.

Začněte typem motoru. Přejděte do náhledu editace zvole-

ného řádku stisknutím .

Procházejte náhledem pomocí a .

Jmenovitá hodnota kosinus Φ a jmenovitý kroutící moment

jsou volitelné.

Stiskněte (Další) pro pokračování.

Nastavte limity podle potřeby.

• Přejděte do náhledu editace zvoleného řádku stisknutím

Procházejte náhledem pomocí a .

Přejděte na další náhled stisknutím (Další).

Pokud chcete zálohovat dosud provedená nastavení, zvolte

Zálohovat a stiskněte (Další).

Pokud nechcete provést zálohování, zvolte Později a stisk-

něte (Další).

Poznámka:

Ovládací panel má prostor na jedno automatické zálohování.

Pohon provede automatické zálohování dvě hodiny po po-

slední změně parametru. Panel kontroluje další změny para-

metrů v intervalu 24 hodin. Nová záloha přepíše předchozí

zálohu, pouze pokud od poslední změny uplynuly dvě hodiny.

První spuštění je nyní kompletní a pohon je připraven k po-

užití.

Stiskněte (Hotovo) pro otevření náhledu Domovská

stránka.

Náhled Domovská stránka zobrazí monitorované hodnoty

zvolených signálů.

Pro změnu signálů a stylu jejich zobrazení v náhledu Domov-

ská stránka viz uživatelská příručka pro ovládací panely

asistenta ACS-AP-x (3AUA0000085685 [angličtina]).

Doplňková nastavení v nabídce Primární nastavení

Proveďte doplňková nastavení, například makro, rampy a

limity, začněte z Hlavní nabídky – stiskněte (Nabídka)

pro vstup do Hlavní nabídky.

Zvolte Primární nastavení a stiskněte (Vybrat) (nebo

V nabídce Primární nastavení zvolte Spustit, zastavit,

reference a stiskněte (Zvolit) (nebo ).

Provoz Manuální/Vypnuto/Automatický

Pohon je možno používat v následujících režimech: Automa-

tický, Vypnuto, Manuální

Automatický režim – Pohon je ovládán na dálku z I/O nebo

sběrnice.

Režim vypnuto – Pohon je ovládán v místě z ovládacího

panelu. Tento režim udává, že pohon je zastaven.

Manuální režim – Pohon je ovládán v místě z ovládacího

panelu. Tento režim udává, že pohon běží. Při tomto režimu

se počáteční reference zkopíruje z reference pohonu.

Následující schéma ukazuje přechody stavu, když

stisknete tlačítko Automaticky, Vypnuto nebo

Ručně:

Měnič generuje Porucha 7081 Ztráta ovládacího

panelu, jestliže panel byl odpojen od měniče po

delší dobu, než je doba ztráty komunikace

definovaná v měniči (parametr 49.04).

Jestliže panel není připojen k měniči, resetovací

signál byl měl přijít od I/O nebo aplikační sběrnice

nebo při připojení panelu.

Když je panel znovu připojen, stiskněte

(Resetovat) a porucha se resetuje.

Pohon generuje Chybu 7081 Ztráta ovládacího panelu,

pokud byl panel odpojen od pohonu déle, než je doba pro

ztrátu komunikace definovaná v pohonu (parametr 49.04).

Pokud panel není připojen k pohonu, signál resetu by měl

přijít z I/O nebo sběrnice nebo v případě opětovného připo-

jení panelu.

Po opětovném připojení panelu stiskněte (Reset) pro

resetování chyby.

Sicherheit

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Installationsarbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Stellen Sie sicher,

dass die Abdeckungen des Frequenzumrichters und des Kabelanschlusskastens, falls

vorhanden, montiert sind.

Die zwei Befehlsanzeigen am unteren Rand des Displays

zeigen die Funktionen der zwei Funktionstasten und

tionen und Menü). Die den Funktionstasten zugeordneten

Befehlsanzeigen sind vom Betriebszustand abhängig.

Mit den Tasten , , und können Sie, je nach aktiver

Ansicht, den Cursor bewegen und/oder Werte ändern.

Taste zeigt eine kontextsensitive Hilfe-Seite an.

Einstellung der Versorgungsspannung (nur ACQ580-31

und ACQ580-34 Frequenzumrichter)

Den Frequenzumrichter einschalten.

Auswahl der Sprache, die benutzt werden soll, durch Mar-

kieren dieser Sprache (falls nicht bereits markiert) und

(OK) drücken.

Hinweis:

Nach Auswahl der Sprache dauert es einige Zeit, bis die

Umstellung des Bedienpanels erfolgt ist.

Wählen Sie im Menü des Inbetriebnahme-Assistenten Nicht

jetzt und drücken Sie die Taste (Weiter).

Drücken Sie in der Startansicht die Taste (Menü), um

das Hauptmenü zu öffnen.
