- Checkiftheairlterisclean.
- Fillthetankinasperthefueldescribedintheenginespecicationsandusingalterllingfunnel.
- Donotchangethecalibrationofthespeedscontrolrotationdeviceoftheengineinordernottoover-speedit.
- Put the fork (Fig.2) into position 1 (free) so that the wheel could freely turn on the shaft to allow the movements.
- Move the machine to the borders to be milled.
- Put the fork (Fig.2) into position 2 (block) working position.
- Checkifthegearboxcontrollever(Fig.9part.4only2+2speedversion)isonlooseposition.
- Adjust the handlebar to the requested position/height:

- Graspthehandlebar,insertthespeed(for2+2speedversion)pos. A slow speed, pos. B fastspeed.Atthebeginningwerecommendyouto
work on position 1, slow speed.
- Forward speed: (Fig.9)graspthehandlebars(8)liftthepreventionlever(9)andthenpulltheforwardinglever(2)allitsway.
- Reverse speed: (Fig.9) releasetheclutchlever(part2)andafterhavingreleasedthedevice(A)inthedirectionshownbythearrow,movingit
fromposition(Fig.9.1)toposition(Fig.9.2),pulltheotherleveronthehandletowardsyou(3).
ATTENTION: it is important that when the device (A) is in the locked position (Fig.9.1) the machine does not move. If this does not
happen, please adjust the cables appropriately, as explained in the ADJUSTMENTS chapter (Fig. 6).
- At the end of the work: whenyounishthework,tostoptheengine,bringtheacceleratorlever(1Fig.9)tothebottomgearorpressthestop
switcher on the engine.
GARAGING AND SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Keepattentionthatallthenuts,screwsandboltsaretightenedinordertoguaranteeagoodmachineworkingonsafetyconditions.Leavethemachine
tocoolbeforegaraginganyhowdon’troomitifthetankstillcontainssomefuelasthevapourscouldreachsomeblazesorsparks.Thefueltankis
tobedrainedoutdoorsonly.Tolowertheredanger,keeptheengine,thesilencerandthefuelareafreefromleaves,grassorgreasysubstances
You are kindly requested to periodically verify the ination pressure level for the tires : the recommended value is 21 PSI (1,5 Bar). However
be careful not to exceed the maximum value indicated on the tire itself.
Performthefollowingoperationsasperthedescribedintervals.(withtheword"Hours",wemeanthemachineworkinghours).
Gearbox (Fig. 10) Oil level control: Useoil SAE 80.Verifytheoillevelevery60 hours:putthemachineonatsurface,removethecap1 and
checkiftheoilreachestheholebottomedge.Incaseyouneedtollitonyouhavetoperformitfromtheholeofthecap2. Go on with such operation
untilyouseetheoilcomingoutfromcontrolcap1. Screw both caps again.
Oil change: changetheoilevery150 hours. Theoildrainhastobeperformedwhenthemachineishot:removecaps1,and2andtiltthemachine
toacompleteemptying,thenputthemachineonatland,llitinwithoilthroughtheholeofcap2untiltheoilstartscomingoutfromcontrolcap
1. Screw both caps again.
ATTENTION ! Waste fuel oil is a polluting material: don’t waste it in the sorroundings, please apply to suitable waste material centres.
